Unlike conventional mixers that use propellers or paddles, high shear mixers reduce solvent particles through shear force and stir the mixture thoroughly. This shortens mixing time and prevents aggregation or poor blending.

Batch Mixers
Batch mixers are versatile high shear mixers that meet a wide range of needs such as mixing, emulsifying, homogenizing, disintegrating, and dissolving.
Available in models capable of handling from 5 to 30,000 liters.

All medium-sized models come with interchangeable work heads designed for different applications.
